Most versions of Microsoft Windows come with Microsoft
.Net pre-installed as part of the Operating system.
The latests Windows operating systems come with Microsoft
.Net 4.0 or 4.5 which do not include the previous versions
2.0, 3.0, and 3.5 which are required by many .net
applications including ECUtuner. If you have one of
these newer computers you will need to install .Net 3.5 with
service pack 1 which includes the previous versions.
This does not replace your newer version of .Net; it gives
you support for all versions of .Net from 2.0 on. You
can download .Net 3.5 with service pack 1 from Windows
update or from the Microsoft download center here:
